Huff Post Crappy Loan Mod Advice
I've been going through a little loan mod thing for a while. Eight months as the matter of fact. In that time I've been denied, approved, denied again, scammed, lied to, and my intelligence has been questioned by people who can't tie their own shoes – it's probably why they wear those loafers and like Velcro so much.
Because this is something personal I keep close tabs on the news and what congress and the Obama administration are doing and listen intently to Barney Frank who claims to give a shit but when given the opportunity to express his opinion on the... |
Badbizfinder on the Attack
A little while ago we got a comment from another blog. A small blog of little importance, but still a comment. A comment by badbizfinder accusing the writer of an article on this site of plagiarism. The article, written by Zeds Head, was about a loan modification company he and his wife were scammed by. Not only was the article written from personal experience and research, but as a result the Huffington Post also wrote about it. In fact the woman who worked at 2nd Chance and later assisted in getting the company shut down, provided us and the Huffington Post... |
Reach Around Please
Since March we've been hearing how much the banks are doing (from the banks) to help homeowners. How much they love Obama's Making Homes Affordable plan and what a great day it is in Amerca's history when homeowners will be saved and banks and loan servicers like Ocwen won't have to screw homeowners anymore.

Erbey went so... |
Making Home Unaffordable
Editor's note: This is a serious issue and this is just the beginning of stories like this. The program is new and the banks are gaming it. There will be many foreclosures before there's help. And people who can pay for there homes will end up losing everything. If you know anyone going through this send them our way and we'll help get the word out.
Over the past six months we've reached out to our Senator, Representative and AG. We have been run ragged by the banks, a scam that took our money and put us further into debt, and government... |
Ocwen Sucks
I couldn't think of a better title.
It's one thing for a company to claim they're doing everything they can to help people. They can advertise how wonderful and helpful they are all they want. They can even lie to the media through press releases. They can continue to make statements like “HELPING HOMEOWNERS IS WHAT WE DO!” all over their website, but actually doing that is another thing all together.
Ocwen Financial Corporation, a loan serving company in Florida has been all over the news in the last couple months bragging about their “proactive benevolence.” From the South Florida Business Journal, CNN... |
